Google+ Business Pages
Google have just launched Google+ Business Pages. When Google+ first launched they told businsses and brands not to use the Profile as a page. Google actually inforced this by deleting accounts who tried to use individual profiles as business pages. Now Google has launched Pages if you have been waiting you can now create a page for your business or service. I have created one. If you want to take a look I have created a sub domain to make it easier to find.
http://www.learnscape.darylhunt.net
This page will have information and posts on IT and other related services. Where as my Google+ Profile has more eclectic posts on all sorts of topics. If you have not visited my Google+ Profile I again have created a sub domaim to make it easier to find.

Please don't hesitate to visit either site and if I can help you with anything just ask.

IOS5 has arrived
Early this morning I started to update my Iphone with the newest version of the operating system (IOS5) The risk of be one of the first is that everybody else is thinking the same thing and you end up spending hours downloading and installing because the sheer numbers crash the Apple servers, and that is what happened.
Several aborted attempts later and about 3 hours and I finally ha the shiny new upgrade. I hindsight I should have waited until later in the day but hey I am an early adopter what can I say. Anyway after having an early play I really like the new version especially the new message centre which was really modelled on the Android style.
If you have an Iphone I would highly recommend upgrading to IOS5.

Facebook have just introduced an option to allow you to subscribe to a Facebook Profile. This is a big change to the Facebook model. If you have a Facebook Profile you can opt in by activating subscription or if you are not comfortable you can leave it alone. I have set Subscription up on my Facebook Profile.
