Beolite Village is an environmentally sustainable development located
in Mansfield, offering high quality independent lifestyle for mature
aged citizens, who are unable or do not wish to continue living alone
or in remote communities.
This exciting development is conveniently located close to Mansfield
for shopping and dining, with ready access to exceptional community,
health and emergency services. Beolite Village also provides social
membership at the Mansfield Golf Club for meals, meetings and
recreation.
To be set in landscaped gardens, Beolite Village offers two and three
bedroom terrace homes with eaves, flywire screens, outdoor dining area
and double lock-up garages. Each home is designed with an emphasis on
easy living, including sliding doors, deep kitchen drawers, bench
height ovens, private garden beds and daily maintenance.
Who is Beolite Village Limited?
Beolite Village Limited is a not-for profit, charitable company
established in 2006 with a charter to build and operate affordable,
high quality, independent living homes for the aged, in North East
Victoria.
The company was formed by a voluntary group of citizens based in
Mansfield, led by Sir Andrew Grimwade. He heads up a highly
experienced, committed and voluntary Board of Directors, whose expertise
covers community liaison, health, finance, medical, planning,
building, fund raising, legal, and business, (you will find a full list
of the Board of Directors on the back page of the Beolite Village website. brochure).
A Community Liaison Committee, has been formed to provide ongoing
contact with prospective residents until the appointment of an on-site
manager.
