Description
G.B.A.P.A was formed by a group of concerned residents of Goughs Bay and Mountain Bay in an effort to raise the profile of one of Victorias best kept secrets. After 30 years of paying rates to the shire and never receiving the recognition as the largest satellite community in the Mansfield Shire it was time to make ourselves heard.
